operational principle
    In the case of adsorption equilibrium, the higher the gas pressure and the lower the temperature whenany adsorbent adsorbs the same gas.

    The greater the adsorption capacity. On the contrary, the lower the pressure and the higher the temperature, the smaller the adsorption capacity. If the temperature remains constant and adsorption is carried out under pressure, the method of depressurization (vacuum pumping) or atmospheric
desorption is called pressure swing adsorption. It can be seen that pressure swing adsorption adsorbs  and desorbs by changing the pressure.
   Zeolite molecular sieves have a significant difference in their adsorption capacity for oxygen and  nitrogen. Zeolite molecular sieves are a type of zeolite with a high internal adsorption capacity  Multi porous materials utilize the principle of pressure swing adsorption to achieve the separation  of oxygen and nitrogen in the micropores of zeolite molecular sieves under certain pressure. When  the pressure increases, zeolite molecular sieves absorb nitrogen and produce oxygen. When the pressure  drops to normal pressure, carbon molecular sieves desorb nitrogen for regeneration. Pressure swing  adsorption oxygen production equipment usually adopts two adsorption tower processes, one tower
absorbs oxygen to produce nitrogen, and the other tower removes nitrogen for regeneration. This  alternate cycle continuously produces high-quality oxygen.
 

Oxygen application fields and applications
     Electric furnace steelmaking: decarburization, oxygen combustion heating, foam deep slag, metallurgical control and
subsequent heating.
     Wastewater treatment: enriched oxygen aeration of activated sludge, oxygenation of water tank, and ozone
sterilization. Glass melting: oxygen assisted combustion and dissolution, cutting, increased glass production, and
extended furnace life. Pulp bleaching and papermaking: Chlorine bleaching is converted into oxygen rich bleaching,
providing inexpensive oxygen and wastewater treatment. Nonferrous metal smelting: Smelting uranium, zinc, nickel,
lead, etc. requires the use of enriched oxygen. The PSA method is gradually replacing the deep cooling method in field
cutting construction. In field steel pipe cutting, enriched oxygen is used, and mobile or small oxygen generators can
meet the requirements for petrochemical and chemical oxygen. Oxygen reactions in petroleum and chemical
industries use enriched air for oxidation reactions, which can improve reaction speed and chemical product yield. Ore
treatment: used in gold and other production processes, can improve the extraction rate of metals. Aquaculture:
Oxygen enriched aeration can increase the dissolved oxygen in water, significantly increasing fish yield; Can provide
oxygen for the transportation of live fish; Intensive fish farming and fermentation use: oxygen rich instead of air; For
